For example the Department of Medical Psychology at the University Clinics of Bonn donated generously an Oxford Children’s Encyclopedia with 9 volumes and a total amount of 33 collections / books. We received a first booklist with around 1000 titles recently, which we published in the booklist section. Now our Vanaprastha Library Project is available with all its functions! This means that you can not only donate a cent, but also order a book for us in an indian online bookstore called flipkart. Flipkart will ship the book directly to our place in South India. We are most happy that everything seems to be working (if not, kindly let us know!), and that the first contributors already sent books to fill our new Vanaprastha Library! Thanks again to Wayne and Siuoxzy for your generous help!

We are getting started!

We are very happy that we are getting started with our Library Project and we are optimistic that very soon we can provide the first books to our children! We could set up this website recently, but unfortunately setting up the collaboration with the online bookstore still takes some time. But we are again optimistic that we can terminate our negotiations and also receive a booklist from the store by next week. As soon as we are done with that, the Library Project will be available with all its functions. Then the word can be spread, and we would appreciate very much, if you contribute to making our Library Project public. Maybe you can send the link to our website to all your friends? This would help a lot!
